Donnie R. Summars Sr., 66, of Cleveland, died Thursday, June 14, 2012.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Sue Blankenship Summars; daughter, Rhonda Clark; sons: Donnie Summars Jr. and Tim Summars; seven grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; brothers: Jimmy Summars, Carl Summars, Randy Summars and Freddie Summars; sisters: Murl Glover, Carol Boling and Bev Hayes; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. today, June 17, 2012, at Samples Memorial Baptist Church with Pastor Mark Cameron and special nephew, Jimmy Palmer officiating.
Interment will follow in Samples Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will leave in procession from Grissom Funeral Home at 1:30 p.m. today to the church.
The family will receive friends today one hour prior to the service at the church.
