Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Philip M. Thomas, son of Rae J. Thomas and David L. Thomas, both of Cleveland, recently reported for duty at Navy Recruiting District, Nashville.
Thomas is a 2004 graduate of Cleveland High School of Cleveland and joined the Navy in November 2004.
