She was a native of the Cleveland/Charleston area and was of the Baptist faith.
She was a retired assistant director of community housing.
She is survived by two daughters: Kris Hornback of Paducah and Kelley Tetreault of Westersfield, Conn.; three sons: Chip Brown of Colorado Springs, Colo., Shawn Hawkins of West Paducah, Ky., and Michael Rudd of Paducah; two brothers: John S. Moore of Prince George, Va., and Sam Moore of Paducah; one sister, Mitzi Turner of Paducah; 14 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, John K. Brown; her parents, John Elkins Moore and Adelia Jane Bean Moore; her grandparents, Samuel George Moore and Ethel Elkins Moore, John Asa Bean and Hettie Hambright Bean.
Keeling Family Funeral Home in Paducah was in charge of arrangements.
