She attended Faith Memorial Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Beulah Lawson Payne; husband, Harvey Dill; and brother, Clyde Payne.
She is survived by her children: Clyde Dill of Cleveland, Jeanette Huitt of Mustang, Okla., and Angie Dill of Daytona Beach, Fla.; six grandchildren: Christopher Frady of Cleveland, Kevin Frady of Etowah, Todd Dill of Fernandina Beach, Fla., Dustin Dill of Cleveland, Crystal Kukuk of Seattle, and Bree Huitt of Mustang; brother, Bill Payne of Cleveland; sisters: Joann Holmes and Barbara Witt, both of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.
She requested there be no public memorial service.
