Nine young ladies will be presented at the Holly Ball. The 2011 Holly Ball presentees are:
Katie Elizabeth Davis is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tony Keith Davis. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Waymon Davis and the late Mr. Waymon Davis of Cleveland, Mr. Harold Thomas Phillips of Simpsonville, S.C., and the late Betty Trammell Phillips of Greenville, S.C. Miss Davis is a graduate of Bradley Central High School and attends Cleveland State Community College.
Margaret Elizabeth Johnson is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Mark Johnson. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Doris Bolen Johnson, the late George R. Johnson, from Cleveland, Mr. Harold Thomas Phillips of Simpsonville, S.C., and the late Betty Trammell Phillips of Greenville, S.C. Miss Johnson is a graduate of the Baylor School and she attends Furman University.
Madeline Elizabeth Lee is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Flavius Josephus Lee, III. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Simerville and Mr. and Mrs. Flavius Josephus Lee, Jr., all of Cleveland. Miss Lee is a graduate of Walker Valley High School and attends the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
Carrie Alexandra Morris is the daughter of Priscilla Ball Morris and Arthur Chester Morris IV (“Chip”). She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Elizabeth Jeffery Ball, the late Leonard Campbell Ball of Kingsport, Mrs. Bettye Elam Morris and the late Arthur Chester Morris III of Brentwood. Carrie is a graduate of Cleveland High School and attends Belmont University.
Claire Elizabeth Pierce is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert George Pierce. She is the granddaughter of Judge and Mrs. George Pierce of Earleton, Fla., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard Edwin Robinson of Cleveland. Miss Pierce is a graduate of Cleveland High School and attends the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
Anne Louise Austin Robertson is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Austin Robertson. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph L. Rotureau Sr. and Mrs. Robert L. Robertson and the late Mr. Robert L. Robertson, all of Chattanooga. Miss Robertson is a graduate of Cleveland High School and attends Middle Tennessee State University.
Lilly Katherine Robinson is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Richard Robinson. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. R.E. Robinson and the late Mr. and Mrs. Austin Peay Maples, all of Cleveland. Miss Robinson is a graduate from Walker Valley High School and attends Cleveland State Community College.
Kathryn Harper Simpkins is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gouverneur Morris “Buddy” Simpkins, Jr. She is the granddaughter of the late retired Col. Gouverneur Morris Simpkins Sr., the late Mrs. Margery Cook Simpkins, the late Dr. William Charles Ruble Jr. and Mrs. Mary Helen Allen. Miss Simpkins is a graduate of Cleveland High School and attends the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Alex Clower Stevenson is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin G. Stevenson. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Sanford W. Murphy of Memphis, and Mr. Bill Stevenson and the late Faye Stevenson of Greeneville. Miss Stevenson is a graduate of Cleveland High School. She attends Tennessee Technical University.
