David and Meagan Thomas McCartt of Cleveland, along with Christopher Thomas and Jared Edenfield, announce the birth of twins daughters: 20 1/2-inch, 6-pound, 4-ounce Kairi Anna, and 19 1/2-inch, 5-pound, 15-ounce Alexis Skye, born Nov. 9, 2011, at SkyRidge Medical Center.
