“Managing your Money” with LFE Institute will be presented on Oct. 22 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the Cleveland Bradley County Public Library community room. Class size is limited to 30 people. An e-book Reader workshop for Android phones or tablets will be held on Oct. 21 from noon to 2 p.m. Space is limited to 12. Class will be canceled if less than three register.
American Pickers Comes to the Museum Center Oct. 23. Mike Wolfe will give a lecture from 1 to 2 p.m. Tickets are $5 and are on sale now. The book signing with Libby Callaway and Wolfe will be from 2 to 4 p.m. The event is free and the book, “The American Pickers Guide to Picking,” will be available at the museum for $24.99.
“Spooky Stories by the Fire” will be held Oct. 24 from 7 to 8 p.m. on the patio area outside the Community Room. Locally famous storyteller Pete Vanderpool will entertain families with his wonderful, spooky tales. Bring your lawn chairs and/or cozy blankets. In case of rain the event will be moved indoors.
“YOUR KIDS AND THE INTERNET” class will be held at the library on Oct. 25 and 27. The two-part class is from 3 to 5 p.m. each day. The class is free to all with a valid library card. Basic information will be shared with those who are responsible for overseeing children’s activities online.
Teens, get ready for a Teen Autumn Masquerade held after hours at the library Oct. 29 from 7:30 until 9:30 p.m. Dress in your favorite costume. There will be henna art, video clips and pictures for the library Facebook page and video games. This event is for ages 13 to 17 only.
CLASSES FOR PEOPLE WITH ARTHRITIS will continue on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from noon to 1 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 3425 N.
