He was preceded in death by his wife, Andrea Lowe; his father, Charles R. Lowe Jr.; his sister, Darlene Lowe; and grandparents: Floyd and Margaret Manion and Charles Lowe Sr. and Anna Lowe.
He enjoyed dirt-track racing, camping, fishing and riding four-wheelers. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his son, Robert Lowe Jr. of Ringgold; his daughter, Ashley Lowe and her fiancé, Jeffery Parker, of Ringgold; his grandchildren: Arianna Parker and Tatianna Parker of Ringgold; his mother, Judy Manion of Cleveland; his brother, Donnie Lowe of Cleveland; his sister, Wendy Bishop of Atlanta; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
