Bishop R.E. Howard, general overseer, will serve as host and special speaker.
The theme for the meeting is “The Forward Look and Spiritual Uplift.”
The G.A.E. is coordinated by Bishop Damous McGee from Broken Arrow, Okla.
McGee, assisted by the late Bishop Willie Boone, organized the G.A.E. in 2004.
The G.A.E. was designed to maintain contact, fellowship, interaction and renewal between colleagues, McGee said.
At the first meeting, 43 people registered with delegates from several states and the Virgin Islands.
Jack Wilkinson Jr. from Cleveland was appointed treasurer at the first meeting. Dr. Raymond Pruitt from Mississippi served as the recording secretary.
In the 2005 meeting, the Emergency/ Assistance Fund was organized to provide assistance during difficult times for G.A.E. members, pastors, evangelists and for any minister, as funds are available.
Thousands of dollars have been distributed by the board of directors, who are elected and rotated beginning with the chairman.
The present board of directors consists of Wilkinson, chairman; McGee, vice chairman; Eugene Weakly of Tennessee; W.E. Johnson of Mississippi; and Tommy Queener of Florida.
The program committee includes Roy D. Mixon, chairman; Wilma Knights, John Newkirt, Eddie Mounce and Benjamin Finlayson Jr., who are from the Atlanta area.
The G.A.E. meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. March 15. The message at 10:45 a.m. will be on “Blessed are they that Hunger and Thirst for Righteousness” and information about the revival hot-spot China by Charles Hawkins.
The Tuesday afternoon service begins at 2 p.m. with a message by Wilma Knights. A testimony time will follow the message.
The message Tuesday evening will be given by John Newkirt. The service begins at 6:30 p.m.
On Wednesday morning at 9:30, Eddie Mounce will give the message. At 11 a.m., Bishop Howard will speak.
The 2:30 p.m. message on Wednesday will be given by Lloyd Phipps Sr., a pastor from Georgia.
Reports by McGee and Wilkerson will be given at 3 p.m., with a special prayer for all “G.A.E. soldiers of Christ and the church worldwide.”
The new program committee for 2013 will be announced. The members will also select a new member for the board of directors.
