She was a member of First Baptist Church. She was retired from Sears Roebuck and from Hall Chevrolet as bookkeeper and accountant.
She was preceded in death by her husband, T.R. “Ted” Lillard; her parents, Roscoe Pirkle and Theodosia Ward Pirkle; sister, Mary Lou Pirkle Rice; and brothers: Floyd Pirkle, Lawrence Pirkle and Ward Pirkle.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Gerald and Diane Lillard of Cleveland; stepson and daughter-in-law, Danny and Marilyn Lillard of Lake Sherwood, Mo.; grandchildren: Cindy Phillips and husband, Robert, of Benton, and Kevin Lillard and wife, Casey, of St. Charles, Mo.; seven great-grandchildren: Amber Coblentz and Will Coblentz of Cleveland, Kristina, Miranda and Jackie Phillips of Benton, and Jessica Lillard and Scott Lillard, both of St. Charles, Mo.; sisters-in-law: Bess Pirkle of Cleveland, Sue Posey of Cleveland, Betty Lillard of Cleveland and Doris Lillard of Huntsville, Ala.; brother-in-law, D.G. Lillard Jr. and wife, Peggy, of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2011, in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home with the Rev. Frank Nolen officiating. Interment will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with nephews and grandsons serving as pallbearers.
A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
