As you may have noticed when you come into the library these days, the Book Worm Café has been closed.

The library is in the process of getting a new vendor and hopefully the café will be operating again soon.

If you are interested in bidding on the café please contact our director, Andrew Hunt, as soon as possible.

“A Christmas Carol” will be shown on Dec. 14 in the Cleveland Bradley Community Room for the Movies from Classic Books activity.

This is a great family night activity to do during the holiday season. The movie starts promptly at 6 p.m. and, as usual, there will be free popcorn. Come and enjoy a fun, family-oriented evening.

There will be a behind the scenes tour of the library on Dec. 16, at 4 p.m.

The tour, which takes you to places not available to the general public, will begin in the lobby and continue for approximately 45 minutes.

The Scholastic Book Fair is continuing in the Children’s Department until Dec. 16. The books are half price and make wonderful Christmas and birthday presents.

Other items are available for sale which would make great stocking stuffers. Browse through the racks of books to see an age-appropriate selection for your child.

All proceeds raised from this book sale go to purchase additional books for the Children’s collection.

The library will be closed on Dec. 24, 25 and 26 for the Christmas holidays.
