He is survived by his wife, Trish Cullins; daughter and her spouse, Carmen and Cory Smith; and brother and his spouse, Ray and Debbie Cullins.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Cullins; mother, Mary Carvin; and brother, Gary Cullins.
A memorial service in his honor will be held today, Dec. 5, 2010, at 3 p.m. at the Fairview Worship Center fellowship hall in Cleveland.
