The Small Business Development Center at Cleveland State Community College is partnering with the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce to offer “Small Business Strategic Planning including Exit Strategies” on Nov. 16, from noon until 1 p.m. at the Chamber.

Participants will learn that success at small business requires strategic planning, including exit strategies. They will also learn how strategic planning can accelerate your success and increase your bottom line.

“Strategic planning is critical to the success of any business,” stated Brenda Sheehy, SBDC director.

“Without a plan, businesses will react to each day rather than to act proactively in reaching their plan. True success comes from thoughtful business evaluation and strategic formation coupled with detailed action plans. Exit strategies are also critical to any small business as without one the opportunity to sell your business may not be feasible,” she said.

This is a Chamber luncheon, so the cost of attendance is $10 to cover the cost of lunch.
