Three people were charged with aggravated burglary and theft charges after they reportedly entered a home on North Lee Highway earlier this week and took musical equipment and electronics as well as a number of other items.

“Less than 24 hours after discovery of the burglary property crimes detectives arrested William Wayne Dunn, 19, of Harpo Street, Keshia Mae Baca, 21, of Stuckey Dr., and Jordan Franklin Browder, 18, of Harper Street,” said Bob Gault, media relations coordinator for the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office.

“The homeowners returned Wednesday night to find that forced entry had been made through a rear door and inside their home several items were missing. They reported the loss of three guitars, a flat screen TV, three computers, two firearms, a video game system and other items that were valued in excess of $8,700. They are each charged with aggravated burglary and theft over $1,000 and will be arraigned in General Sessions Court today,” Gault added.

The property which had allegedly been taken during the burglary was returned to the owners.

- Jeffrey Finn, 18, was charged with vandalism, burglary, theft of property over $500 after Cleveland Police reportedly found him and a juvenile on the rooftop of the former Bi-Lo building located on Keith Street.

Officers responded a burglar alarm at Becky’s Shoes early Thursday morning. As officers Jennifer McKee and Steve West began to investigate, West reportedly spotted two people on the rooftop.

Officer Josh Nix also responded to aid in the investigation, according to West’s report.

The alleged suspects had came down from the roof and ran into the woodline. McKee located the suspects.

They were read their Miranda rights at that point and officers found out the pair allegedly entered the Bi-Lo building and took three cases of beer, a cash register and a bowling ball.

The juvenile was taken to the Bradley County Juvenile Center while Finn was booked at the Bradley County Jail, where he was also charged with possession of alcohol under 21.
