Mike and Kelly Wilcoxon of Old Fort announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Michaela, to Dakota Fansler, the son of Darren and Tammy Fansler of Cleveland.

The couple will wed in a 4 p.m. ceremony on May 6 at Black Fox Farms.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Robert Seymour of Spring Hill, Florida, Kirby and Sadie Wilcoxon of Old Fort and Fran Temple of Boscawen, New Hampshire. She is the sister of Ricky Howard II of New Hampshire and Candice Hooker, Emily Webb and Whitney Reeves, all of Old Fort.

Miss Wilcoxon is a graduate of Polk County High Shool and is employed by Regions Bank. She is a member of Ball Pall Baptist Church.

The future bridegroom is the grandson of Herbert and Mary Fansler of Cleveland, Rosemary Floyd of Benton and Roy and Martha Floyd of Old Fort. He is the brother of Dalton Fansler of Cleveland.

A graduate of Bradley Central High School, Mr. Fansler is a private first class in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is employed by Herb’s Heating and Air. He is a member of Clear Spring Baptist Church.
