Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Werkheiser of Cleveland are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Denee Werkheiser, to Grayson Brantley Kent, son of Brantley Lee and Becky Kent of Millen, Ga.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, April 28, 2018. The couple will exchange vows at Howe Farms near Georgetown.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Larry and Barbara Roberts of Cleveland, Tennessee and Dean and Pat Werkheiser of Freeport, Illinois.

She graduated from Cross Creek Christian School and is currently self-employed as a personal and bookkeeping assistant. She also serves the community as a substitute teacher for the Bradley County Schools system.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Joyce Thompson and the late Grady Thompson, and the late Brantley and Fannie Mae Kent, all of Millen, Georgia.

He received a bachelor’s degree from the College of Information Technology at Georgia Southern University and holds a master’s of divinity from Pentecostal Theological Seminary.  He is currently employed as the technical director for the International Offices of The Church of God on Tillie Road in Cleveland.
