HARROGATE — Taylor Shaw of Cleveland, received a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM) in Harrogate on May 13.
Shaw received her undergraduate degree from Tennessee Wesleyan College and a master of science from Virginia Commonwealth University. She will continue her medical training in a general surgery residency at University Hospitals in Jackson, Mississippi.
Shaw is a member of the Sigma Sigma Phi honorary osteopathic service fraternity. She is the daughter of Randy and Tracy Shaw and Scott and Debye Evanyk.
The DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine is located on the campus of Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate. LMU-DCOM is an integral part of LMU's values-based learning community, and is dedicated to preparing the next generation of osteopathic physicians to provide health care in the often underserved region of Appalachia and beyond.
