The annual 4-Way Speech Contest was held recently on the campus of Cleveland State Community College, in the George Johnson Theatre. Each year Rotary Interact Students from their respective high schools participate in a speech contest to vie for scholarships. The winner moves on to the regional competition and then to state. Rotary New Generations chair Dr. Denise King and Rotary Education chair Carolyn Ingram coordinated the event.
