Pulliam is new pastor at The Church of God
Clint Pulliam is the new pastor at The Church of God, 1213 Chippewa Ave.
Pulliam and his wife, Chrystal, have a son, Caleb Pulliam, and a daughter, Candace Sheets and husband, Tyler, and granddaughter, Ella, who live in Marion, Va.
The Pulliams, both ministers, come to Cleveland from Reidsville, N.C.
They accepted their calling into the ministry in 1994, evangelizing in revivals and ministering in nursing homes. He also served as a deacon and Sunday school teacher.
Mrs. Pulliam has been a registered nurse since 2005. She said she has enjoyed the opportunities her profession has given her to care for, comfort and support individuals through trying times of their lives.
He enjoys playing the guitar and played as lead guitarist for the Young Believers gospel group until the group disbanded in 1982. He owned and operated a construction business, Kiry and Pulliam Construction.
The couple, in accepting their appointment to The Church of God, Southside, said they are excited and looking forward to great things in the Lord.
Their son moved to Cleveland with them and is working for the U.S. Postal Service.
