Patricia G. Workman, 52, of Etowah, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Oct. 11, 201,7 at a Cleveland health care facility.
She was a lifelong member of Coghill Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James T. Jr. and MaryRuth Gaston; and brother, James B. "Joe" Gaston.
She enjoyed her career as a nurse and helping people. She loved going to the movies and spending time with her baby girl.
Survivors include her loving husband of six years, Dana Workman of Etowah; her precious daughter, Emily Rebecca Leamon of Etowah; brothers and sisters-in-law: Charles and Brenda Gaston of Etowah, and Larry and Jacqueline Gaston of Ooltewah; sister and brother-in-law, Susie and Dan Lee of Englewood; sister-in-law, Kitti Gaston of Etowah; brother-in-law, Troy and Teri Duff of Tarpon Springs, Fla.; mother-in-law, Kathleen Duff of Englewood; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017, in the chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with the Rev. Joe Hatcher and Dr. Vant Hardaway officiating.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, prior to the service.
