Pamela Cha McFadden, 55, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday morning, Jan. 9, 2019, in a local hospital.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Howard and Sarah Davis; her paternal grandparents, Oates and Minnie Churchwell; and her niece, Cassadi L. Churchwell.
She worked as a secretary to a law firm in the past. She loved to cook and grow flowers. In her earlier life, she was an artist and loved to paint on canvas.
Survivors include her son, John McFadden and his , wife, Ariel, of Cleveland; her mother and father, Beverly and Wilbur Churchwell, of Cleveland; her brother, William Churchwell and his wife, Susan, of Chipley, Fla.; her aunts: Helen Davis of Enterprise, Ala., Lou McDougal and her husband, Ferrell, of Florala, Ala., Martha Stafford, of Samson, Ala., and Sylvia Rogers and her husband, Alan, of Houston, Texas; her nephew, Brent Churchwell of Fairhope, Ala.; and several cousins.
The Remembrance of Life memorial service will be held private for the family.
The Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services, North Ocoee Chapel, has charge of the arrangements.
