To The Editor:
I'd like to bring to the attention of everyone in our community the definitions of two words, as defined by Webster's New World Dictionary.
The words are "honor" and "honorable."
Their definitions, as quoted from this dictionary, are as follows:
• Honor (noun): 1) adherence to principles considered to be right; 2) high regard or respect; 3) good reputation; 4) integrity.
• Honorable (adjective): 1) honest; 2) upright; 3) used as a title of courtesy.
A big thank you to the Honorable Mayor D. Gary Davis.
