Maggie Clementine Dale, 90, of Cleveland, passed away on Monday, Jan. 11, 2021.
She was born on Sept. 18, 1930, to the late Erby and Nola Branam.
A lifelong resident of this area, she enjoyed quilting, camping and spending time with her family.
In addition to her mother and father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Dale; son, Alfred Dale; brothers: Larry Branam, C.L. Branam, James Branam and Ronnie Branam; and sister, Doris Shannon.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children: Patricia Martin (Steve), Charles Dale, Rayburn Dale and Terry Dale; siblings: Stanley Branam and David Branam, Anna Mae Dale, Ada Bain, Edna Kelly and Betty Rogers; grandchildren: Robin Martin (Daniel), Steve Martin (Dewanna), Charlcie Norris, Jacob Dale, Nicholas Dale and Colt Dale; and 10 great-grandchildren. The family would like to give special thanks to her great-grandson, Travis Martin, who helped take great care of her.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 14, 2021, at Companion Funeral Home Cleveland Chapel, with a Celebration of Life to follow at 3 p.m. The Rev. Guinn Greene will be officiating.
She will be laid to rest by her husband at Liberty Baptist Cemetery in Tennga, Ga., following the service.
