Geneva Ware of Cleveland became the bride of Byron Johnson of Atlanta in an evening ceremony on Sept. 2, 2017, at the Howe Farm.

The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. J. Larry Erving II and prayer was led by Pastor David Wells, both of Atlanta.

The bride is the mother of Trevon Ware of Cleveland. She is the daughter of Darla Ware of Cleveland and the late James S. Ware Jr.

The bridegroom is the father of Ashley Johnson of Pensacola, Florida, and “B.J.” and Travis Johnson of Atlanta. He is the son of Betty Johnson of Hampton, Va., and the late Nathaniel O. Johnson and the late Carole Johnson.

After a wedding trip to Italy, the couple will reside in Dallas, Ga.
