Jason Ledford

Jason Randall Ledford, 39, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 30, 2017, at Erlanger Medical Center.

He was born on Nov. 21, 1978, in Cleveland. He was a graduate of Charleston High School. He enjoyed playing his guitar and cheering on his Tennessee Volunteers.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe “Catfish” Ledford; infant sister, Holly Ann Ledford; and grandparents: David and Ann Thompson and John and Cecil Ledford.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his son, Joseph Ledford; mother, Sandra Thompson Ledford; one sister, Tammy Parker (Shane); one brother, Josh Ledford (Kristy); numerous other extended family members; and a host of special friends.

A graveside service is planned for Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018, at 2:30 p.m. in the Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Paul Fox officiating.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday,  from noon until 2 p.m., at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to assist with his final expenses. Those donations, special memories of him and your personal condolences can all be sent to the family by visiting his memorial web page and guestbook located at www.companionfunerals.com.
