James “Jim” Joseph Burgess, 64, of Cleveland, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2019, at his home surrounded by loved ones.
He loved model cars, computers, and all things technology. He loved his family more than anything, especially his grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Luther Burgess and Velma Alberta Smith Burgess.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, Cindy Albertelli Burgess; daughters: Jennifer (Denzil Jr.) Cooper and Chantilla Cook; grandchildren: Maddox and Braydon Cooper, Sierra Cook, and Savannah Lawson; as well as many more extended family.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m., on Friday, Feb. 1, 2019, at Companion Funeral Home, Cleveland Chapel.
The Celebration of Life service will be held at 7 p.m. in the chapel.
