The following information was gathered solely from the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office. This list includes individuals who are, or have been, incarcerated in the Justice Center, and can include arrests made by the BCSO, the Cleveland Police Department, the Charleston Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Drug Task Force and other local law enforcement agencies.

Those being held by federal law enforcement are not listed, as these individuals are only held at the jail, but not locally charged.

Names, ages and addresses are published as provided by the BCSO.

Not every arrest leads to a conviction, as these charges may be rescinded.

Guilt and innocence are determined through the court system.

Any charge that is dropped should be reported to the Cleveland Daily Banner, which will confirm the action through an inspection of jail records.

• Jonathan Theodore Kosemund, 26, 1190 Durkee Road S.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated criminal trespass, vandalism.

• Dustin Lee Knoll, 27, 190 White Oak Valley Road, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for violation of probation (theft of property, burglary of an auto vehicle).

• Elizabeth Anne Massingill, 33, 3438 Buchanan Road, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for evading arrest, possession of meth, simple possession (marijuana).

• Tyrezz Dominique Parks, 26, 660 Hiwassee Ave., No. 3, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for false statements, shoplifting.

• Garrett James Oliver, 37, 1416 Woody Lane, Rossville, Ga., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for theft over $1,000.

• Tonnia Denise Brown, 42, Daybreak Inn Room 319, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor violation of probation (shoplifting).

• Taylor Anthony Braly, 28, 622 Beech Circle N.W., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear.

• Elijah I. Huddleston, 20, 907 17th St. S.W., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to maintain lane, driving on a suspended driver’s license, simple meth possession.

• Cooper Allen Stapleton, 36, 1345 Valley View Road S.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor failure to appear, failure to appear: violation of probation (driving on a suspended driver’s license, simple possession).

• Taylor Clint Bigham, 25, 3438 Buchanan Road, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (headlight, driving on a revoked driver’s license, driving under the influence, drug paraphernalia).

• Joseph Michael McGinity, 39, 2925 Humphrey Bridge Road, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for simple possession/casual exchange, violation of order of protection, financial responsibility law.

• Gary Lee Bucher, 30, 1306 Leigh St. N.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (driving on a suspended driver’s license, insurance violation).

• Mario Giovanni D’Andrea, 57, 1318 S. Lee Highway, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for second offense of driving under the influence, refusal to submit to test, crash helmets, driving on a revoked driver’s license, financial responsibility, violation of vehicle registration law.

• Dexter Austin Dailey, 24, 491 Armstrong Road, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (violation of probation).

• Nicholas Antonio Parker, 39, 238 Weatherford Drive N.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (criminal trespass, manufacture, sell and delivery of meth).

• Ashley Nicole Holbrook, 33, 295 Fairview Drive S.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (simple possession).

• Jennifer Rose Weldon, 35, 1955 Old Chattanooga Pike, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor failure to appear, failure to appear (violation of probation: simple possession of Schedule IV drugs), introduction of contraband to a penal institution.

• Catina Ann Cook, 36, 240 Jarigen Chapel, Clinton, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for violation of conditions of community supervision.
