This list includes individuals who are, or have been, incarcerated in the Justice Center, and can include arrests made by the BCSO, the Cleveland Police Department, the Charleston Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Drug Task Force and other local law enforcement agencies.

The following information was gathered solely from the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office. This list includes individuals who are, or have been, incarcerated in the Justice Center, and can include arrests made by the BCSO, the Cleveland Police Department, the Charleston Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Drug Task Force and other local law enforcement agencies.

Those being held by federal law enforcement are not listed, as these individuals are only held at the jail, but not locally charged.

Names, ages and addresses are published as provided by the BCSO.

Not every arrest leads to a conviction, as these charges may be rescinded.

Guilt and innocence are determined through the court system.

Any charge that is dropped should be reported to the Cleveland Daily Banner, which will confirm the action through an inspection of jail records.

• Curtis Alexander Graves, 33, Homeless, Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for two counts of aggravated criminal trespass, tampering with evidence, simple possession, resisting arrest.

• Malcolm M. McKenzie, 24, 7452 Splendid View Drive, Ooltewah, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for attachment: failure to appear (texting while driving).

• Corbin Jason Woods, 22, 131 Fox Farm Trail S.E., was arrested by the Tennessee Highway Patrol for first offense of driving under the influence.

• Shirley Jane Shaffer, 36, 1859 Kincaid Road, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for open container law, public intoxication.

• Otis Bratis Sermons, 59, 1706 Twinbrook Drive S.W., was arrested by the Tennessee Highway Patrol for first offense of driving under the influence, safety belt.

• Charles Scott McDonald, 57, 1115 Robinhood Drive N.W., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear: violation of probation (possession of drug paraphernalia), misdemeanor failure to appear.

• Melissa Danielle Shook, 21, 187 S. Chestnut St., Whitwell, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (simple possession, possession of drug paraphernalia).

• Victor Coleman Gregory, 19, 3022 Trewhitt Road, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for aggravated burglary, assault.

• Jeanette Elaine Massengill, 53, 1165 N.E. George St., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (driving on revoked driver’s license, lights, financial responsibility).

• Tyler Lebron Trentham, 24, 1230 Chippewah Ave. S.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for attachment: failure to appear (prohibited weapons, unlawful drug paraphernalia).

• Randall James Allen, 31, 1453 Arnold St., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to pay fees.

• Billy Charles Evans, 41, address unknown, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor probation violation, failure to appear: violation of probation (possession of meth).

• Jimmy Lee Samples, 35, 437 Inman St. W., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for criminal trespass, disorderly conduct.

• Mitchell L. Hudson, 24, 595 J.B. Ranch Road, Rockfield, Ky., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for public intoxication.

• Larry Charles Evans, 62, 923 9th St. S.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for public intoxication.

• Zachary Logan Fox, 28, 902 Nevin Lane, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor probation violation.

• Heather Brenne Catlett, 25, 1955 Jordan Ave. N.W., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for two counts of domestic violence.

• Hannah Maria Catlett, 25, 214 Geren Drive N.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for three counts of domestic violence.

• Shawn D. McElveen, 45, 1430 Tennessee Ave., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for driving under the influence, reckless driving.

• James Edward Burchfield, 56, 745 Wildwood Ave. S.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for criminal trespass.

• Brandi Renae Suit, 37, 2274 Davis-Curbow Road, Old Fort, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for attachment: failure to appear (driving on a suspended driver’s license, registration, insurance, seatbelt).

• William D. Smith, 21, 918 Sahara Drive N.W., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for public intoxication.

• Tammy Sue Sellers, 52, 2400 Executive Park Drive, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (no driver’s license, following too closely).

• Cody Lynn Burton, 27, 288 Keller Lane, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (simple possession of meth, drug paraphernalia).

• Gary Lee Bucher, 31, 985 19th St., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for possession of controlled substance (hydrocodone), failure to appear (driving on a suspended driver’s license, insurance, seatbelt).

• Richardo Garcia-Flores, 26, 3437 Old Kentucky Road, Morristown, was arrested by the Tennessee Highway Patrol for driving under the influence, implied consent.

• Angela Diane Hembree, 37, 1220 Wilson Ave. S.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for Schedule II drug violations, Schedule V drug violations.

• Dustin Brian Doyle, 22, 1880 Green Drive, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for domestic assault.

• Rebecca Nicole Purvis, 30, 221 Whitecrest Drive, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for public intoxication.

• Valerie J. Woodward, 36, 476 Minnis Road N.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for criminal simulation, misdemeanor probation violation,

• Daylin Christian Hicks, 22, 1570 Tennessee Nursery Road, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for resisting stop/frisk/halt/arrest, disorderly conduct.

• Nelson R. Goforth, 26, 704 Goodwill Road W.E., was arrested by the Charleston Police Department for domestic violence.

• Michael Thomas Martin, 27, 979 N.E. 11th St., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for resisting stop/arrest.
