The following information was gathered solely from the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office. This list includes individuals who are, or have been, incarcerated in the Justice Center, and can include arrests made by the BCSO, the Cleveland Police Department, the Charleston Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Drug Task Force and other local law enforcement agencies.

Those being held by federal law enforcement are not listed, as these individuals are only held at the jail, but not locally charged.

Names, ages and addresses are published as provided by the BCSO.

Not every arrest leads to a conviction, as these charges may be rescinded.

Guilt and innocence are determined through the court system.

Any charge that is dropped should be reported to the Cleveland Daily Banner, which will confirm the action through an inspection of jail records.



• Kerrington I. Pegues, 19, 1402 Wilson St., Tupelo, Miss., was arrested by the Tennessee Highway Patrol for speeding, open container, underage possession, underage driving while intoxicated.

• Earl Lawrence Fritts, 56, 3156 S. Lee Highway, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (driving on a suspended driver’s license).

• Dominic Rashaad Marshall, 36, 3063 Belmont Circe N.W., was arrested by the Tennessee Highway Patrol for driving on a revoked driver’s license.

• Matthew T. Deniston, 34, 1455 Strawberry Lane N.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for public intoxication.

• Christopher Lee Patterson, 37, 925 1st St., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear.

• Adam Robert Patterson, 41, 2809 Pine Drive N.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for domestic assault.

• Gary Allan Guinn, 49, 153 James Asbury Drive, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (simple possession), failure to appear (shoplifting).

• Patricia Denise Degrasse, 29, 4323 Georgetown Road, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for driving while habitual motor vehicle offender, violation of vehicle registration law.

• Jeffry Lee Stewart, 58, 674 McClure Road, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (seatbelt, driving on a suspended driver’s license).

• Michael Andrew Ferney, 52, 775 12th St. S.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for public intoxication.

• Kenneth James Stamey, 43, 2400 Executive Park Drive, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for public intoxication, resisting stop/arrest.

• Jason Derek Ledford, 33, 1320 Haun Drive, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for misdemeanor violation of probation.

• Hanna Jawaun Davis, 27, 435 Kile Lane, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (simple possession).

• Johnny Darrell Powell, 49, 745 Wildwood Ave., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for public intoxication.

• Paul R.M. Swafford, 56, Homeless, Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (criminal trespass).

• Justin T. Millsaps, 23, 971 8th St. N.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for disorderly conduct.

• Verna Lynn Deaver Campbell, 45, 201 Vreeland St., Chattanooga, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misuse of 911.

• Robin Deann Eaves, 39, 1631 Guthrie Drive N.W., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for domestic assault.

• Jackie Adair Booth, 46, 311 Wen Dell Lane S.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for resisting stop/halt, disorderly conduct.

• Andrew Lee Hawkins, 29, 3815 Trewhitt Road S.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for simple possession/casual exchange, possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Ashley Fay MacTaggart, 24, 150 Lang St., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor failure to appear, failure to appear: violation of probation (Schedule IV drug charges).

• Brian Ramirez-Carranza, 19, 3575 Timber Hill Drive S.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (insurance).

• Lenny Alejandro Ramirez, 23, 3575 Timber Hill Drive, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (speeding, registration violation, insurance), failure to appear (signal).

• Aaron Lee Standridge, 25, 1504 Palos St., Athens, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (no driver’s license, insurance, following too close).

• Daniel Brian Millsaps, 41, 350 Woolen St. N.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for two counts of violation of order of protection.

• Winfred Allan Cash, 49, 5904 Waterlevel Highway, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for prohibited weapons, simple possession/casual exchange, unlawful drug paraphernalia.

• Stacey Nicole Hicks, 41, 189 Matt Circle, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear: violation of probation (shoplifting), misdemeanor failure to appear.

• Rigaberto Martinez, 42, 2001 Ohio Ave., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for driving with responsibility, financial responsibility law, stop sign violation, using a false identification.

• Jacob Pedro S. Crouch, 28, 3894 Rolling Brook Circle, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated assault.

• Erica E. Goforth, 23, 706 Goodwill Road, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for stop/halt/frisk.

• Anthony Lee Cross, 40, 1425 Strawberry Lane, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for aggravated criminal trespass.

• Alexander Matthew Todd, 64, 404 Frazier Road, Old Fort, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear: violation of probation (theft), misdemeanor failure to appear, failure to appear (second offense of driving on a revoked driver’s license, plates unregistered vehicles).

• Alexander Matthew Todd, 27, 1300 2nd St. N.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear: violation of probation (theft), failure to appear, failure to appear (second offense of driving on a revoked driver’s license, plates).

• Travis Dewayne Morton, 35, 519 Durkee Road S.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for domestic assault.

• Jimmy Lee Samples, 35, 437 Inman St. W., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for criminal trespass.

• Brandi Dawn Nelms, 39, 143 Cardinal Oaks N.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for domestic assault.

• Michael Scott Woodman, 47, 265 Durkee Road S.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for manufacture, sell, delivery and possession of meth, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Donald Paul Call, 41, 274 County Road 49, Athens, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for attachment (non-payment of child support).

• Brandt Ashley Edwards, 37, 8390 Hiwassee St., Charleston, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for public intoxication.
