This list includes individuals who are, or have been, incarcerated in the Justice Center, and can include arrests made by the BCSO, the Cleveland Police Department, the Charleston Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Drug Task Force and other local law enforcement agencies.

The following information was gathered solely from the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office. This list includes individuals who are, or have been, incarcerated in the Justice Center, and can include arrests made by the BCSO, the Cleveland Police Department, the Charleston Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Drug Task Force and other local law enforcement agencies.

Those being held by federal law enforcement are not listed, as these individuals are only held at the jail, but not locally charged.

Names, ages and addresses are published as provided by the BCSO.

Not every arrest leads to a conviction, as these charges may be rescinded.

Guilt and innocence are determined through the court system.

Any charge that is dropped should be reported to the Cleveland Daily Banner, which will confirm the action through an inspection of jail records.

• John Edgar Justice, 62, 3375 Waterlevel Highway, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor violation of probation.

• Emmy L. McGill, 42, 409 Baugh Springs Trail S.W., McDonald, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated assault.

• Timothy Shawn Pierce, 50, 330 County Road 22, Calhoun, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (theft over $1,000, drug paraphernalia).

• Eddie Paul McCurdy, 40, 6321 Celtic Drive, Chattanooga, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for capias: failure to appear (meth manufacture, sale and possession with intent).

• Dorothy Beth Blitchington, 37, 108 15th St. S.W., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for auto burglary, theft under $1,000, misdemeanor violation of probation (McMinn County).

• James Howard Trott, 27, 3318 Steeple Circle, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for being a fugitive from justice.

• Jeffrey McKenzie Swallows, 23, 523 Old Federal Road, Old Fort, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for auto burglary, theft over $2,500.

• Jessica Renee Lay, 32, 2360 Blackburn Road S.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for joyriding, aggravated assault.

• Randy Lee Kaylor, 61, 1525 Euclid Ave. S.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for Schedule VI drug violations, four counts of simple possession, drug paraphernalia.

• Sophia Lynn Hamby, 29, 3700 Stephens Road, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for non-payment of child support.

• Randall Luke Swafford, 33, 1201 Greenwood Road, Chattanooga, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor violation of probation.

• Kevin Scott Sanders, 50, 1820 Victory St., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (scire facias, two counts of credit card fraud).

• Barry Scott McCann, 52, 2414 Howell St. S.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for Schedule II drug violations, three counts of manufacture and delivery of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear (driving on a suspended driver’s license, financial responsibility).

• Jonathan A. Greene, 37, 2123 Hobbstown Road, Dunlap, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jackie Justice, 54, 5782 Highway 68, Farner, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for violation of probation (Monroe County).

• Jimmy Lee Samples, 35, 437 Inman St. W., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for disorderly conduct, resisting stop/arrest.

• Scotty Lee Bass, 39, 700 Brown Ave. N.W., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for driving on a revoked driver’s license, failure to appear (driving on a revoked driver’s license).

• Esai Elais King, 30, 2013 Ann Lane N.W., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for joyriding.

• Arnellus Pernell Johnson, 18, 1870 Greenwood Road, Chattanooga, was arrested by the Tennessee Highway Patrol for driving on a suspended driver’s license, possession of Schedule VI drugs, drug paraphernalia.

• Marie Farrell Lawson, 26, 3350 Steeple Circle, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving on a revoked driver’s license, leaving the scene of an accident.

• Annette Linda Gage Greene, 49, 2005 Eugenia Ave. N.W., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for theft of property, simple possession, failure to appear.

• Kasey A. Rose, 18, 253 Fern Drive S.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to obey traffic light, simple possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of Schedule VI drugs, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

• Charles Anthony Wade, 37, 433 Johnson Ave. N.W., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for violation of probation (domestic assault), misdemeanor failure to appear.

• Stephanie Nicole Barnes, 30, Homeless, Benton, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor violation of probation.

• Ashley Kendra Brooke Ellison, 23, 235 Polk County Ave. N.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor violation of probation.

• Haley Briana Swann, 24, 137 Parks Circle, Benton, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor violation of probation.
• Timothy Lee Hydzik, 36, 970 Wildwood Ave., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for misdemeanor violation of probation.

• Chris Thomas Goewey, 43, 109 Peace St., Chattanooga, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for attempted aggravated burglary, theft under $1,000, possession of Schedule I drugs for resale, Schedule II drug violations (possession), possession of Schedule VI drugs, possession of legend drugs, unlawful drug paraphernalia.

• Amy Michelle Miller, 43, 119 Shearer St., Soddy-Daisy, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for burglary, possession of Schedule I drugs, possession of Schedule II drugs, unlawful drug paraphernalia, possession of Schedule VI drugs, possession of legend drugs.

• William Rhodes, 44, 153 Morganton St., Copperhill, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for possession of Schedule II drugs for resale (meth).
