This list include individuals who are, or have been, incarcerated in the Justice Center, and can include arrests made by the BCSO, the Cleveland Police Department, the Charleston Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Drug Task Force and other local law enforcement agencies.

The following information was gathered solely from the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office. This list include individuals who are, or have been, incarcerated in the Justice Center, and can include arrests made by the BCSO, the Cleveland Police Department, the Charleston Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Drug Task Force and other local law enforcement agencies.

Those being held by federal law enforcement are not listed, as these individuals are only held at the jail, but not locally charged.

Names, ages and addresses are published as provided by the BCSO.

Not every arrest leads to a conviction, as these charges may be rescinded.

Guilt and innocence are determined through the court system.

Any charge that is dropped should be reported to the Cleveland Daily Banner, which will confirm the action through an inspection of jail records.

• Gregory Aaron Taylor, 30, 7426 Frontage Road, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated burglary, filing false reports, criminal impersonation, theft under $1,000.

• Sharon L. Mikel, 41, 148 Tamarak Circle, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for violation of probation (theft of property, possession of meth for resale).

• Joshua Lynn Stevenson, 33, 2500 Pointe South S.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for two counts of aggravated kidnapping, felony evading, theft over $2,500, two counts of reckless endangerment, driving on a revoked driver’s license, failure to maintain lane, seatbelt, resisting arrest, financial responsibility, failure to carry registration, failure to carry license, failure to drive on right side of road, driving recklessly, possession of Schedule II drugs, drug paraphernalia, scire facias, Rhea County warrant for non-payment of child support.

• Danny Lee Davis, 54, 933 Poplar St. N.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for violation of probation (possession of more than .5 grams of meth for resale), manufacture, sell, delivery and possession of meth.

• Larry Edward McKee, 38, 550 Montgomery Ave. N.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for a habitual motor vehicle offender violation.

• Ralph D. Spurgeon, 49, 1061 Urbane Road N.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for aggravated assault, false imprisonment.

• Kristyn Hope Ciuidanes, 23, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for theft over $1,000.

• Marcus Tanner Bunnell, 26, 1273 Euclid St., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault-serious bodily harm.

• Aurthur Augustine Hoffman, 29, 715 Whisperwood Trail, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for violation of probation (possession of Schedule II drugs for resale).

• Harry L. Blair, 54, 1081 High St. N.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for manufacture, sell, delivery and possession of meth, simple possession/casual exchange.

• Michael Wayne Wright, 33, 263 Berry St. N.E., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for manufacture, sell, delivery and possession of meth.

• Donald Franz Birchfield, 57, 952 8th St., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for manufacture, sell, delivery and possession of meth.

• Christopher Frazier Parks, 47, 860 Berry St., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for driving while a habitual motor vehicle offender.

• Sengourya Insixiengmay, 37, 750 Franklin Road, Marietta, Ga., was arrested by the Tennessee Highway Patrol for being a fugitive from justice.

• George Ray Eady, 41, 880 8th St. N.E., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for being a fugitive from justice, theft over $1,000.

• Myron Antoinette Westfield, 56, 1010 Craigmile St., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for two counts of violation of probation.

• Quazhan Wells, 21, 1325 Moore Place Drive, was arrested by the Tennessee Highway Patrol for felony evading arrest, speeding, stop sign violation, driving on a revoked driver’s license.

• Sheryl Linn Chesley, 28, 350 Bettis Ave., was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for sale and delivery of Schedule II drugs (meth), vehicle light law, display of plates, driving without a driver’s license, driving in possession of meth.

• Eric John Walters, 30, 320 Anderson Cabin Road N.W., Georgetown, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for lane law violation, due care, immediate notice of accident, property damage.

• Jerome Edward McDermott, 34, 2324 Georgetown Road, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (domestic assault).

• James Womack, 40, 1204 N.E. 10th St., was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for failure to appear (driving under the influence, possession of Schedule IV drugs), driving with a suspended license.

• Veronica Alexandra R. Risenhoover, 21, 979 Sim Goodwin Road, McDonald, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear (theft under $2,500).

• Ryan Carter Cope, 41, 238 Blue Grass Circle, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated domestic assault, possession of meth, drug paraphernalia.

• Sharanda Deanne Ballew, 38, 1070 Chilcutt Road, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department for theft of services.

• David J. Graham, 41, 184 Heritage Lane, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear, violation of probation (possession of Schedule II drugs for resale, drug paraphernalia), misdemeanor failure to appear.
