Deborah Jackson Ledford


Deborah Jean Jackson Ledford, 67, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2019, at her home.

She was born on Oct. 17, 1951, to Mildred and John Jackson of Tennga, Ga.

She loved serving her God Jehovah and spending time with family. She was a member of the North Cleveland congregation of Jehovah’s Witness.

She was preceeded  in death by her sister, Gale Eaton; and brother, David Jackson.

She is survived by her husband of  50 years, Allen Ledford of Polk County; daughter, Jeni (Marty) Cross; sons: Jason (Damarius) Ledford and Jarrod (Sue) Ledford; grandchildren: Mason Cross, Avery Cross, Noah Cross, Lydia Cross, August Ledford, Ransom Ledford, Traygen Ledford, Ashtyn Corvin, Bryson Ledford, Braelyne Ledford, Tyler Buckner, Troy Buckner and Katie Buckner; great-grandson, Declan Cross; sisters: Carolyn Bowman, Judy Jackson, Pamela Stafford and Brenda Green; lifelong friend, Glenda Smith, who was there for her like a loyal sister; and many nieces, nephews and spiritual brothers and sisters who loved her dearly, and will miss her greatly.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2019, at 1 p.m. at the North Cleveland congregation of Jehovah’s Witness.
