Cleveland Municipal Planning Commission approves plats, rezonings

At a recent session of the Cleveland Municipal Planning Commission, a variety of plat approvals and rezoning requests were considered.

The following items received the nod of planning commissioners in the session held at City Hall:

• A request by David Jenkins for final plat approval lot 10 of The Commons at the Grove. Property is located on Commons Lane (also described as Tax Map 34E Group B Parcel 10.00) and is zoned PUD12 Planned Unit Development).

• A request by Paul Huff Development, LLC and Mouse Creek Crossing, LLC for final plat approval of Revised lot 1A and lot 2 of Mouse Creek Crossing. Property is located on Mouse Creek Rd N.W. (also described as Tax map 34I Group B Parcels 7.00 & 7.01) and is zoned PUD2 Planned Unit Development).

• A consideration of a rezoning request by Betty Gallaher for approximately 1.46 acres of property located on King Edward Avenue S.E., from IL Light Industrial Zoning District to R2 Low Density Single and Multi-family Residential Zoning District Tax map 57L Group A Parcels 19.00, 19.01 & 20.00).

• A request by Bank of Cleveland for consideration of a resolution to adopt a Plan of Service for about .93 acres, more or less, for property located on Martin Drive N.W. (also described as Tax Map 49G Group A Parcels 20.00 & 21.01).

• A request by Bank of Cleveland for consideration of a resolution to annex about .93 acres, more or less, for property located on Martin Drive N.W., (also described as Tax Map 49G Group A Parcels 20.00 & 21.01).

• A request by Bank of Cleveland for consideration of an ordinance to zone about .93 acres, more or less, for property located on Martin Drive N.W. (also described as Tax Map 49G Group A Parcels 20.00 & 21.01).

The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Cleveland Municipal Planning Commission will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2019.
