Billy W. Washer II, 51, of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2019, in a local healthcare facility.
He was self-employed as a dry wall installer. Billy attended the Baptist church.
He was preceded in death by his father, Billy W. Washer; sister, Michelle Masters; and grandparents: Delton and Elsie Washer and Walter Bolen and Mamie Stephenson.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Carlene and Lanny Masters of Cleveland; uncles: Phillip Washer and wife, Terri, of Knoxville and Mark Stephenson and wife, Janice, of Cleveland; aunt, Nelle Washer of Smithville; and nephew, Jacob Stephenson of Cleveland.
A private graveside service will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
His family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday at Fike-Randolph & Son Funeral Home.
