Homecoming will be held Sunday, beginning at 10 a.m., at Unity Church of God, 3144 Fulbright Road. The Appointed Quartet and church singers will be singing.

Trinity Trio will sing Saturday, 6 p.m., at Bethel Baptist Church, Old Chattanooga Pike.

9-11 Church Activities


Southview Baptist Church, 533 13th St., will have a Youth Rally, Sept. 21, beginning at 5 p.m. Sam Cox will be singing. Scott Parris will be choir leader and Justin Akins is youth pastor.

Homecoming begins at 11 a.m. on Sunday at Philadelphia Missionary Baptist Church, 910 30th St. Spirit Song will be singing.
First Lutheran Church at 195 McIntire Ave. N.E., behind the Forestry station on North Ocoee, is having its annual yard sale on Friday and Saturday,  from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Redeemed will sing for homecoming Sunday, beginning at 10:45 a.m., at Covenant Baptist Church, 249 Calhoun Road S.E.
State Administrative Bishop Wayne Dority will speak Sunday morning at Prospect Church of God, 2220 Harrison Pike. After the morning service, the senior "Prospectors" will sponsor a benefit luncheon of chicken and dressing, green beans, mashed potatoes, slaw, dessert and a drink for $8. There will be no evening service.
Homecoming will be Sept. 22, beginning at 11 a.m., at Gum Springs Baptist Church.
