The King of the Jungle is Handsome John! Handsome John came to the SPCA of Bradley County on Feb. 15. Handsome John is an approximately 7-year-old American Bulldog mix, who weighs 58 lbs. Handsome John is a staff and volunteer favorite. This sweet guy is calm, loves leisurely strolls, and the occasional snack. Captain Al came to the SPCA of Bradley County January 13th as an owner surrender. Captain was born May 21st of 2016, and weighs about 11 lbs. Captain Al is a beautiful black cat, with bright green eyes and a slightly fluffy tail! He is quite adventurous and loves to play. Though he is sometimes confused with a panther, Captain Al is very loving and affectionate once he gets to know you.

Calling All Angels! ?We, and Dublin, NEED your help!

Dublin was hit by a car April 10. He was taken for immediate veterinary care. Extensive injuries to rear area. This sweet young guy is estimated to only be about 4 months old. The estimated cost of his care is currently $750. He will need an amputation as one leg injury is beyond repair. Another leg will need pinned.

Donations to the Angel Fund directly toward the treatment of special medical cases of animals in our care, including (but not limited to) medically necessary surgeries, severe cases of mange and extensive care for cases of cruelty/neglect.
