Dr. Michael Teuton will speak Sunday, 11 a.m., at Bethel Baptist Church, 2514 Old Chattanooga Pike S.W.

“Cricket County and the Cherished Christmas Gift” will be presented Saturday, and Sunday, 6 nightly, at Philadelphia Missionary Baptist Church, 910 30th St. S.E.
———

Prospect Church of God, 2220 Harrison Pike, will have a Christmas party for homeless and needy community members on Sunday, 6 p.m. The party will be held at Larry’s Car Wash on Inman Street. There will be coats, gloves, pocketbooks and other gifts. There will be at least one adult bicycle for a needy individual. The Salvation Army, next door to the car wash, will provide food from 5 to 6 p.m. There will also be snacks, cookies and hot chocolate available. For more information, call 716-2000.

Covenant Baptist Church, 249 Calhoun Road in Cleveland, will have its Christmas play, “Mary’s Memories” on Sunday, 6 p.m.

Ron Branham, Church of God evangelist, will sing and speak Thursday, 7 p.m., at Michigan Avenue Church of God, 515 Minnis Road.
