Tween Movie Matinee

Join us Sunday in the Community Room for the movie “Coco.” Despite his family's generations-old ban on music, young Miguel dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol Ernesto de la Cruz. Desperate to prove his talent, Miguel finds himself in the stunning and colorful Land of the Dead. After meeting a charming trickster named Héctor, the two new friends embark on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel's family history. Rated PG. 2017.


WiggleWorms is a baby program that targets children 2 years of age and under. Babies with their guardians will be listening to stories, rolling and bouncing, waddling and toddling to music including classical and multicultural, all for the purpose of developing motor and social skills. Happens Monday from 3 to 4 p.m. in the Community Room.

Teen Zone Gaming

Join us for drop-in Wii and X-Box gaming in the Teen Zone! Ages 13-17. We'll have Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, Just Dance, and more! You may bring an E-rated multiplayer game to share. Email teenzone@clevelandlibrary,org for more information. Meets from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Monday.


Need to get in shape? Join us for free classes offered every Tuesday,Thursday and Friday at 8 a.m.

Preschool Story Time

Lively story time for ages 3 to 5 years, with crafts, music and stories. Meets in the Community Room Tuesday and Friday from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m.

Tween Book Chatter –
Strange and Spooky

Spooky tales and s'mores in the garden. Bring a short spooky or strange tale to share with the group around the fire in the garden. Please bring a lawn chair and we'll have the s'mores. Meets Tuesday in the Community Room from 4:30 to 5:45 p.m.

Baby Bookworms

Story time for ages birth to 3 years ... stories, music and fun activities! Meets Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and again from 1 to 2 p.m., in the Community Room.

Teen Anime Club

Join us for all things Anime! Meets in the Community Room Thursday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Lego Weekend

Meets Friday and Saturday in the Community Room. For more information, visit or contact the library.

Family Story Time

Join us for fun stories for the whole family with craft activities. Meets in the Community Room Saturday from 2 to 2:30 p.m.

The Book Nook

Don’t forget to stop by the Book Nook the next time you visit the library!
Friends of the Library operates and maintains the Nook, where you can find gently used fiction and nonfiction books at bargain prices. Science Fiction, Mystery and Fantasy sections have all been recently added to the FOLA collection. Each month special sales are displayed on the table in the Book Nook area. Stop by through Nov. 11 for out Fall Festival.
The Book Nook is located near the General Fiction department on the first floor.

Collectible Books

Stop by the display of antique and collectible books on the main floor lobby the next time you visit the library. New books have recently been added. A register is provided for silent auction bids if you are interested in making a purchase.
