Pastor Appreciation for Sam and Beulah Hall will be held Sunday, 4 p.m., at Fellowship of Praise Church of God. Bishop Guilford Hill of The Church of God Sanctified and congregation will be the guests.

Prospect Church of God, 2220 Harrison Pike, will be in revival through Friday, 7 nightly, with Evangelist John Ritcheson.
———

The 128th annual homecoming will be held Sunday, beginning at 10:45 a.m., at First Christian Church, 3925 North Ocoee St. Betty Brewer-Calvert will be the speaker.

Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church will celebrate its 150th year with a special service and “homecoming” on Sunday, beginning at 11 a.m. The Rev. William J. Reid, pastor of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Bristol, Va., and his congregation will be special guests for the day.

Revival continues through Saturday, 7 nightly, at Four Point Baptist Church, 3501 Old Tasso Road N.E.

The 2x2 Quartet will sing Sunday, 6 p.m., at Southview Baptist Church, 5333 13th St. S.E.

Bethel Baptist Tabernacle, 3165 Buchanan Road, will hold a Trunk or Treat on Saturday, Oct. 27, 6 p.m.

The Matt Ellis and Lynn Gobble BBQ will be held Friday, 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 to 7 p.m., at First United Methodist Church. It will be eat-in or carry-out , with lunch delivery available. Place orders ahead of time for lunch delivery by calling 423-476-4504. Proceeds will benefit the FUM Men’s mission projects.

Boanerges Baptist Church will have its Trunk & Treat Fall Festival Saturday, Oct. 27, beginning at 5:30 p.m. There will be food, hayrides, games and inflatables. Activities will be held even if raining. For information, call 423-715-7745.

Trunk or Treat will be held at Hampton Drive Baptist Church on Wednesday, Oct. 31, at 5:30 p.m. There will be candy, hot dogs and chili.

Four Point Baptist Church, 3501 Old Tasso Lane, will have Trunk or Treat on Saturday, 7 to 9 p.m. There will be refreshments in the fellowship hall.

Santa is coming to church on Saturday, 9 to 11 a.m., at The Church of God, 5565 Runway Drive. He will be available for photos for $15. All proceeds will benefit world missions.

Trinity United Methodist Church, 731 First St. N.E., will have a chili supper and bingo party Saturday, beginning at 6 p.m. Ticket are $6, which includes chili, dessert and soda. Tickets will be available at the door or from a church member.

Fall Family Fest will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 31, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at Dwelling Place Church International, 523 Urbane Road. There will be giveaways, inflatables, games, food and fun.

Bellefounte Baptist Church will have Trunk-or-Treat on Wednesday, Oct. 31.

———

Tasso Baptist Church, 164 Old Charleston Road, will have a chili dinner, candy, games, music and costume contest on Sunday, 6 to 8 pm.

Maple Street Baptist Church will have a Community Block Party Sunday, 4 to 6 p.m. There will be games, free food, bouncy toys, petting zoo and community resource exhibits. There will be door prizes given away every 30 minutes.

Delano Baptist Church, 144 Carolina Ave., in Delano, will have a Halloween Fest with an indoor Trunk-or-Treat on Wednesday, Oct. 31, 6 to 8 p.m. There will be a hot dog and chili supper from 5 to 8 p.m.

Fall Bazaar will be held Nov. 3, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Spring Place Church of God of Prophecy, 2600 Spring Place Road. There will be lots of vendors and homemade items.
———
Bethel Baptist Tabernacle, 3265 Buchanan Road S.E., will be having Trunk or Treat Saturday, beginning at 6 p.m.
