Wanda Myers Williams, 92, passed away Monday morning, Aug. 6, 2012, at a local health care facility. She was born May 18, 1920 and was a lifelong resident of Cleveland.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Williams; daughter, Mary Ann Morgan; brother, Ernest Myers; and three sisters: Victoria Fortner, Bertha Pritchett and Amanda Gates.

Survivors include her two daughters: Thelma Crumley of Burlington, N.C., and Shirley Renner of Cleveland; one son, Gary Williams of Smyrna; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren; and special friend, Brenda Waters.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012, at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens. The service will conclude with a white dove release ceremony.

Th family will receive friends from 6 to 8 this evening at Fike Funeral Home.
