WALKER VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL hosted the 2012 Pink Ribbon Bowl Thursday, at “The Corral.” Teams from Walker Valley, Bradley Central, McMinn County and Meigs County lined up on the gridiron with proceeds going to benefit the MaryEllen Locher Foundation. In the opener, the Lady Mustangs won 6-0 over McMinn. Polk defeated Meigs 14-6 in Game 2 and Walker Valley took a 14-8 win over Bradley Central in the final contest.
