Congratulations to Cleveland High soccer standout Jenna Scoggins for being named the Charter Player of the Week. The freshman goal keeper helped lead the Lady Raiders to a spot in the region 3-AAA semifinals earlier this week. In 20 games Scoggins made 117 saves and allowed just 21 goals, including holding McMinn County to just 2-of-5 in a penalty kick shootout in the District 5-AAA Tournament semifinal to advance Cleveland to the district championship match and the region tournament. The Lady Raiders finished the season with a 10-9-3 record.
