Orene Hill Perry, 93 of Chattanooga, passed away at her home, Thursday, June 14, 2012.

A native of Coffee County, she had made her home in Chattanooga most of her life.

She was a member of the Cleveland Christian Fellowship and enjoyed quilting and canning and, in her earlier years, fishing.

She will be remembered as a wonderful person and a lady in every respect.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Coleman Perry; and a daughter, Betty Parkey.

Survivors include her daughters: Lois Oliver of Chattanooga and Patsy Edwards of Cleveland; six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sisters: Jennie Branch, Margie (Richard) Gillespie and Elsie (Johnny) Champion, all of Tullahoma; and brother, J.M. (Gladys) Hill of Decherd.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 16, 2012, in the chapel of Watson-North Funeral Home in Winchester.

Interment will follow at Mount Garner Cemetery with pallbearers being Kenneth Hill, Bobby Gipson, Richard Gillespie, Ricky Hill, Alton Perry and Owen Walls.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday.
