The white Nissan Altima was driven by Betty Rutledge, 77. Rutledge and her passenger, Francis Swafford, 79, were both transported to SkyRidge Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries, according to Evie West, information officer for the Cleveland Police Department.
Officer Jacob Varnell is in charge of the investigation.
According to reports, the crash was reported around 2:30 p.m.
The car traveled through a brick-and-glass wall and apparently spun around once inside the store.
It came to rest approximately 20 feet inside the ReStore building.
A number of items inside the store were pushed or damaged by the impact of the car.
CFD officials aided at the scene by making sure the area affected was stable, so BCEMS officials could treat Rutledge and Swafford.
The car sustained minor damage.
No indication was given as to the cost of damage to the building.
According to West, no one suffered injury inside the store.
