Mary F. Harris, 73, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2013, in a local hospital.

She was a member of North Cleveland Baptist Church for the past 35 years.

She retired from Duracell after 17 ½ years of service, and later was employed by Billy B’s Antiques and Jones Flowers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J.P. Raines and Pearl Lewis Raines; and four brothers: Paul, Charles, Freddy, and Clayton Raines.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Roy Ralph Harris; son, Stephen Harris and wife, Linda Renee; four grandchildren: Chris, Cyle, Courtney, and Casey Harris; and one great-grandchild, Haylyn Harris, all of Cleveland; three sisters: Jane Green of Benton, Teresa Kibble of Ooltewah, and Jacqueline Gaston of Athens; and four brothers: Don Raines of Ocoee, Johnny and Roy Raines, both of Benton and Ronnie Raines of Monticello, Ga.; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Dr. Jay McCluskey officiating.

Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

The service will conclude with a white dove release ceremony.

Pallbearers will be Chris Harris, Cyle Harris, Don Raines, Dean Ratcliff, Danny Ratcliff, and Ronnie Raines.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 this evening at the funeral home.
