Mary Frances Anderson, 85, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday evening, April 22, 2014, at the family residence.
She was the daughter of the late Sarah Dunlap Carroll and Elmer Carroll. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey James Anderson; her sisters: Anna Bell Mackey, Thelma Andies, Lucille Andies, Bertha May Skinmore; and her brothers: Virgil, Glenn, Anderson, William, A.C. Andy and Edward Carroll.
She was retired from Magic Chef with 17 years of service and also worked for Beaulieu Carpets in Dalton, Ga. She enjoyed crocheting and she loved riding to the Mountains especially Pigeon Forge. She attended the Baptist church.
Survivors include her daughters: Brenda Love and her husband, Ernie and Ruthie Hall; her sons: Freddie Anderson and his wife, Deloris and Eddie Dean Anderson, all of Cleveland; her grandchildren: Tina Hall, Jamie Ruth, Donna Hall, Timmy Anderson, Sherry Burnette and her husband, Dr. Alan Burnette, Steven Anderson and his wife, Stacey, Michelle Mincy and her husband, Jerry, Mikey Anderson and Angie Anderson; her great-grandchildren: Cody and Nikkie Stinnett, Payton and Haley Ruth, Dontah Brown, Dionna Hall, Dasia Douglas, Jared Burnette, Jacob Anderson, Holly and Chelsea Mincy; her two great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Edith Stanley of Dalton, Ga.; and several nieces and nephews.
The Remembrance of Life service will be held Friday, April 25, 2014, at 11 a.m. from the Wildwood Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Dr. Alan Burnette and the Rev. Jim Caywood officiating.
Interment will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
