Join us today as 2nd Sunday@2 presents “Secrets from a Professional Organizer” in the Community Room. Julie Bestry, a certified professional organizer and president of Best Results Organizing in Chattanooga, will provide information to help get you started in living an organized life. This program is part of the library’s series this year to help you keep and start your New Year’s Resolutions.

Tennessee READS has implemented a new kid-friendly digital library experience. The main digital collection now has a separate site to provide a safe and easy borrowing experience for kids.

READS recognized the need to provide a safe environment for kids to browse library materials. Just as the children’s section of the physical library is sectioned off, the same experience is now available on the digital collection. This appealing and user-friendly page contains e-books and audiobooks just for children. Browsing can be done by subject, reading level or interest level. Check this page out now:

The Kids Collection site filters the overall digital collection to just children’s content, which gets kids to the titles they want faster. This new service is free for users with a library card. Digital titles are available anytime, anywhere and expire automatically, so no need to worry about late fees.

Movie Night @ the library will be showing “The Butler” on Feb. 25 at 6:30 p.m. It was originally scheduled for January but was not shown due to the snow closing.
