Survivors include his wife of 72 years, Myrtle Robinson Duggan; daughters: Phyllis Shamblin, Kathy Duggan, Janet Newport and Robin Blankenship; sons: David Duggan, John Duggan and Larry Duggan; brother, Robert Duggan; 16 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, in the chapel of Fike Funeral Home.
Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with grandsons serving as pallbearers.
