The bride-elect is the sister of Brandon Guthrie, Mark Rogers and Shane Rogers, all of Cleveland.
She is a 2010 graduate of Bradley Central High School.
Mr. Frasch is the brother of Ryan Frasch and Katy Frasch, both of East Dundee.
He attended Johnston County High School.
