The Annual CCBC Global Impact Conference will be held starting this weekend — Sunday through Tuesday at Candies Creek Baptist Church.

This year’s keynote speaker will be Nabeel Qureshi, apologist for Ravi Zacharias International Ministries.

“Next Door to Everywhere” is the Global Impact Conference theme.

Along with Qureshi, there will be church planters, local ministry organization’s representatives, and missionaries from Muslim and Buddhist countries.

Breakout sessions designed for students, children and adults will be held each day.

Bennett Ekandem with North American Mission  Board will speak on “Coming to America” at 9:30 a.m. Sunday. Brad Stanley of the Youth With a Mission will speak on “The World in Our Cities” at 9:55 a.m.

Qureshi will speak in the 10:30 a.m. worship service Sunday.

A missionary exposition will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday. Abandon band will sing and Qureshi will speak in the 5 p.m. worship service.

Breakout sessions Sunday evening will include Unreached Peoples with Ed and Glenda Elkins of International Mission Board; “Reaching the World Religions with Bennett Ekandem of NAMB; “Reaching the Cities” with Brad and Jackie Stanley, YWM; “Reaching Muslims overseas” with Scott and Trichelle Vaughn, IMB; “Reaching unchurched Americans” with Alex Ennes of Cleveland, Ohio; and “Reaching Buddhists Overseas” with Mark M. with IMB.

The missions luncheon Monday will feature Ennes. Tuesday’s luncheon will feature Travis Ogle of Hope Church in Las Vegas.

The Missionary Exposition with missionaries present will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday.

Breakout sessions Monday evening will include “Children Living on Mission: the Joys and the Challenges” with Jackie and Brad Stanley; “Going International to Reach Students” with Ed and Glenda Elkins; Reaching the World Religions” with Ekandem; “Reaching Muslims Overseas” with Scott and Trichelle Vaughn; “Reaching Unchurched Americans” with Ogle; and “Reaching Buddhists Overseas” with Mark M.

The Candies Creek Baptist Church Praise Team and band will be featured in the Monday 6:30 service. Qureshi will again be speaking.

Abandon will perform and a missionary panel consistings of the Vaughns, Elkinses and Stanleys will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

The breakout sessions Tuesdays will include “When God Calls” with the Vaughns; “Crossing Cultural  Boundaries” with Jake Beard of CCBC; and “Reaching Muslims in America” with the Stanleys; and “Church Planting in the West” with Ogle.

The missionaries serving in Southeast Asia will be the special guests Wednesday evening at 6 for Awana.
